Turkish Panic

The Turks were thoroughly alerted to the threat the ANZACS posed quickly redoubled their efforts in the war steeled themselves for the coming battle. Panic gripped the citizens in the capital Constantinople.

Dogs Bark

Dogs were barking loudly that Gallipoli was being preyed on by the ANZACS all over the Mediterranean. Alexandria was hit by a lor of letters marked "Constantinople Force, Egypt". Turkish agents were thick in the Middle East, providing turkish generals with an estimate of the ANZACS numbers.

Constantinople

So far naval action had failed so a joint army of army/navy was decided to storm the Gallipoli Peninsula to clear the way to Constantinople. A total of 75,000 troops could be found after all and with the help of the British Regular Army, they could be counted on to make it.30,000 Australians and New Zealanders would provide 2 divisions. The French provided one division, and the Royal Navy division. General Sir Ian Hamilton commanded all the divisons.
